Yuji Li is an executive coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience leading Strategy and Operations (S&O) functions within the technology and digital advertising sectors. Following several years at McKinsey & Company, she held senior leadership roles at Meta and Reddit, where she spearheaded global cross-functional revenue-driving initiatives and built high-performing sales organizations. Her expertise spans vision setting, organizational design, market entry, product roadmapping, and scaling operational excellence across complex global environments.
Currently, Yuji partners with founders and leaders to navigate transitions, scale businesses, and maximize leadership impact. She is a dedicated advocate for the S&O community and the author of the Substack publication “Dear Possible,” where she shares insights on career and leadership. Yuji also serves as a Founder Mentor at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) and remains active in the academic community as an Industry Advisor for her alma mater, the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Based in the New York metropolitan area, Yuji is an active member of the local tech ecosystem.
