Mungai has spent the last 10 years working in the management consulting space in East Africa and has been running his own consulting firm focused on growth advisory in Africa since 2020. In East Africa he has worked with KPMG East Africa’s management consulting practice, McKinsey & Company’s Africa Delivery Hub, the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and the President’s Delivery Unit in the office of the President in Kenya.
Mungai has specific in implementing national transformation macro strategies including design & launch of national/ sector focused delivery ecosystems. Mungai has worked in a variety of sectors including public sector, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, construction, healthcare, pr & communication & media, financial services and infrastructure & transport. Mungai lives and works in Nairobi Kenya.
