Tarusha has spent 15+ years working with and advising clients in heavy industries (mining, metals, chemicals, power), specialising in operational excellence, digitisation and implementation. Having worked in the mining industry and then shifting to consulting (at McKinsey and Company and as an independent consultant), Tarusha is versed in multiple problem solving approaches and is passionate about translating strategy into implementation across an organisation.
She lives in Houston, Texas and is keen to engage organisation across North America, on their journey to excellence and employee up-skilling.
