Hind Ouzzani

Hind Ouzzani is a senior executive and advisor with 18 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and business transformation in complex, highly regulated and international environments. She has held senior leadership roles at Google and YouTube across Southern Europe, where she was accountable for business performance, growth targets, and execution at scale across multiple markets.

As Chief Operating Officer for Google Southern Europe, Hind led strategy and operations impacting more than 400 commercial roles across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Her scope covered operating model design, sales productivity, organizational restructuring, regulatory and public affairs strategy, and cross-functional execution. She consistently delivered double-digit revenue growth, significant productivity gains, and cost efficiencies while operating at the intersection of business, regulation, and public policy.

Earlier in her career, Hind was a Project Leader at Bain & Company, advising executive teams on growth strategy, go-to-market models, operational excellence, and organizational redesign. She began her career in investment banking at Barclays Capital, working on leveraged finance, M&A financing, and restructuring transactions.

Hind complements her corporate experience with board memberships and advisory roles in technology-driven startups and growth companies. She is also a lecturer in strategy and digital transformation at leading business schools. In 2025, she joined the Collège des Hautes Études des Affaires Diplomatiques (CHEAD), completing the Foreign Affairs executive cycle, further strengthening her expertise in geopolitics, regulatory frameworks, and sovereign-level decision-making relevant to global businesses.
