Guilherme Coulibaly was born in Portugal and moved to the United States at an early age, where he completed his undergraduate degree in 2014. In 2016, he graduated from the London Business School and soon after relocated to Luanda, Angola, to begin his career at McKinsey’s Africa Office. There, he led major transformation programs across sectors including banking, oil & gas, and airlines.
After McKinsey, Guilherme returned to London and took on the role of Operations Lead at an early-stage startup, where he helped build the operational capability and processes of the Ops Team. Following this, he joined Upfield as an in-house consultant on its global strategy & transformation team, supporting strategic projects across various business units. Since late 2021, he has been working independently, primarily leading Programme Management Offices for large-scale transformation initiatives.
He is open to collaborating on projects requiring project/programme management or general management consultancy in the UK and EU, and is available for global opportunities.
