Paul ter Linden was a partner at McKinsey in Amsterdam between 2001 and 2007, specializing in financial services and organizational change. He then joined Rabobank to lead its European car leasing enterprise. He returned to consulting in 2010 as an independent advisor. Initially, his practice was industry-agnostic, and his services centered around collaborative strategy development, and the effectiveness of organizations, teams, and individuals. Increasingly, he finds himself serving professional service firms — consulting firms, law firms, accountants, IT & software, etc. — on topics like governance & structure, leadership & performance management, advisory skills, conflict resolution, and psychological safety.
