Megan John is a Change and Transformation Consultant with over 18 years’ experience delivering organisational, cultural, and strategic change. She began her career in strategy consulting with Oliver Wyman, before holding senior leadership roles at Barclays, Visa, and Travelex.
Most recently, she was a Director at BCG, leading global programmes on team effectiveness, leadership, and organisational transformation. Based in London, Megan now works independently through her practice, Evolve Coaching & Consulting, partnering with organisations to design and deliver change that improves both business performance and ways of working.
