David spent four years as a Consultant and Project Leader in the Washington, D.C. office of BCG, and has since been running an independent firm providing technical solutions for personal financial management. He has deep expertise in operational and cost efficiency in both the private and public sectors. Outside of BCG, he has worked as an economic policy fellow in the U.S. Senate and earned a Ph.D. in physics studying theoretical and experimental quantum electrodynamic effects.
He lives in Orange County, California, and is open to travel and to working business hours in any U.S. time zone.
