Katy Marshall is an advisor, consultant, and fractional chief marketing officer who helps B2B and DTC businesses achieve sustainable growth.
Katy has led marketing teams from early-stage start-ups to the Fortune 500 across consumer internet, consumer packaged goods, and digital health. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Calibrate, a Series B digital health company, where she joined as the first marketing hire, grew sales 100x over two years, and built out growth, product marketing, brand marketing, communications, content, and creative functions. Prior to Calibrate, Katy held senior general manager, performance marketing, and brand marketing roles at direct-to-consumer start-ups Harry’s and Pattern Brands and co-founded Kraft Heinz’s brand incubator, Springboard.
Katy started her career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA, summa cum laude, from Columbia University. She lives in Manhattan with her fiancé Andrew and enjoys skiing and listening to live music in her spare time.
