Mike has more than 10 years of experience including roles across MBB consulting, biglaw, and with a family office. He spent two years at BCG specializing in private equity due diligence of B2B tech and business services companies (mostly enterprise and legal tech targets), operational strategy and transformation for financial institutions and real estate services firms, and he recently left BCG to start his own consulting firm specializing in projects at the nexus of finance, technology and law.
As one example, Mike is presently working on a confidential strategy consulting project with a major asset management firm, on a team of ~10 portfolio managers, mathematicians and securities lawyers, organizing weekly action plan/agenda, facilitating communications between quantitative team members on the one hand and lawyers on the other, and synthesizing data/information flows for executive level consumption.
Mike formerly worked for 6 years as a financial restructuring lawyer advising the most sophisticated hedge funds and credit funds structure and implement cutting edge transaction structures and spearheading litigation strategies, and maintains an active admission to practice law. Mike is happy to collaborate on projects across the U.S. involving heightened sensitivity and complexity.
