Ben served as an Associate at BCG, based in Berlin, for a duration of two years, focusing on Project Management Office (PMO) and transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. Subsequently, he transitioned to a boutique strategy consultancy as a Project Leader, engaging in PMO projects and operational efficiency enhancement endeavors for industrial goods manufacturers, while operating across both the United States and Switzerland.
Following his tenure in consulting, he assumed the role of Head of Operations at Joblift, wherein he led a team and oversaw the daily operations of the organization. Thereafter, Ben established his own coaching business and commencing work as an independent consultant.
Currently, Ben is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, where he specializes in executing PMO, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing change management strategies for clients in the banking, real estate, professional services, and industrial goods manufacturing sectors.
