Tee Yalley spent three years in McKinsey’s Private Equity & M&A practice, where he led commercial diligence, portfolio strategy, and integration work across healthcare, financial services, and technology. His projects ranged from evaluating a Fortune 500 divestiture to redesigning go-to-market strategies for a major telecom, tech and supporting a $10B software acquisition integration. Prior to McKinsey, he worked in financial services, focusing on credit research and trading for 2.5 yrs.
Today, Tee splits his time between independent consulting and building EcoRubber Ghana Limited—a venture developing a sustainable TSR-20 rubber processing facility and plantation in West Africa. He has deep experience advising CEOs and investors on growth strategy, operating cadence, and financial modeling, and is especially interested in early-stage and healthcare-focused businesses.
Tee is based in the U.S., collaborates globally for projects involving growth strategy, due diligence, or value creation.
