Andrew Meyer is the Founder and Principal of Oak Cliff Consulting, a Dallas-based advisory firm that helps middle-market and mission-driven organizations connect strategy to execution through transformational consulting and operating model design. Oak Cliff’s work spans growth strategy, organizational design, and performance improvement—helping leadership teams align on where to go and build the systems to get there.
Before founding Oak Cliff, Andrew spent nearly a decade at Bain & Company, where he focused on growth strategy, large-scale transformations, and operating model redesigns across technology, telecommunications, consumer, industrial, and healthcare sectors. He later served as Chief Growth Officer and Head of Transformation at Upstream USA, leading a multi-year turnaround and national expansion.
Andrew lives in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys connecting with peers interested in strategy, transformation, and the craft of consulting.
