Rose Mariton spent three years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company before joining renewable energy company Neoen, where she worked closely with the executive team as Chief of Staff to the CEO and later led the development of its agrisolar business. In 2022, she founded Coquillettes club, a venture focused on food education for young children, which she ran until 2025.
Since then, Rose has been working independently, advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, and mission-driven organizations on strategic positioning, business design, and go-to-market strategies. She brings particular expertise in B2C, sustainability, food, education, and territorial development, and has been recognized as one of Forbes France’s Femmes 40 in 2024.
