Alessandro Marani is a strategic business transformation leader with over a decade of experience in top-tier consulting. He most recently served as a Business Strategy Manager at Accenture, where he led international teams and complex transformation programs across automotive and energy sectors. Prior to Accenture, Alessandro was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on cost reduction, M&A integrations, and growth strategies across industrial sectors.
He began his career as an Aeronautical Engineer at Airbus, working on structural analysis and manufacturing optimization projects for the A320 aircraft family. Alessandro holds an MBA from Quantic and a first-class MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. Based in Milan, he is fluent in four languages and is passionate about applying Lean Six Sigma and data analytics to drive performance.
