Brandt Flomer spent nine years as Partner, Global Head of Digital Innovation at McKinsey, leading that firm’s digital transformation. Since 2023 he has been running his own consulting firm focused on helping clients accelerate their value creation and transformation initiatives. Clients are a mix of private equity firms and established companies confronting a new challenge or seeking renewal and growth.
Prior to McKinsey, Brandt worked at leading innovation consultancies and digital agencies, helping clients across a range of industries to create award-winning, commercially successful new ventures. Brandt has particular expertise in customer experience, product development and service design.
He lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and two teenagers.
