Luis Wu Cuan has focused on Operations, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence in his 20+ year career. He joined McKinsey & Co’s implementation group in Latam to help clients with their Business transformations leveraging lean. He started his career in General Electric as a Black Belt engineer in manufacturing, later joining Bank of America, Ingram Micro and Cardinal Health in their operational excellence leadership teams across the globe.
In 2017 he joined Amazon as the head of transportation in Mexico to streamline operations and improve delivery performance and fast growth.
In 2020, Luis started working as an Independent Consultant working with Moderna to launch the COVID vaccine and Private Equity firms focusing in Operational Excellence projects.
He lives in El Paso, Texas with his wife and two sons. He is excited to collaborate on performance improvement projects around the globe.
