A former McKinsey & Company consultant, Ben Davis is a fractional CFO with hands-on experience scaling high-growth technology companies. He has led FP&A and post-acquisition integration at venture- and PE-backed businesses, including through two acquisitions (Avid Technology by Symphony Technology Group and SessionM by Mastercard).
Today he partners with early-stage tech companies, where he has led refinancings, guided fundraises, and driven meaningful cash flow improvements at critical inflection points.
Ben holds an MBA and BA from Dartmouth College and lives outside Boston.
