I’m a former McKinsey consultant and PE-backed CEO/COO. I help businesses improve margins, integrate acquisitions, and apply AI and analytics to operating problems. My experience spans building a venture-backed logistics company, turning around a distressed delivery business, and expanding a PE-backed services platform through organic growth and acquisitions. AI and data transformation are a particular interest. I have built an enterprise analytics function, personally developed AI-enabled business applications, and led teams through implementation and adoption.
I combine that experience with a background in procurement, SG&A reduction, acquisition integration, commercial operations and Lean service transformation. I’m pursuing independent consulting and interim leadership assignments, including full-time engagements.
I hold an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Data Science from Northwestern.
