Ben Tingle worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. and has been serving as an independent consultant since 2020. He is passionate about organizations experiencing transformations and is experienced in strategy development and operating model design, tech optimization, org design, change management, customer experience, and human capital. Major industries covered tech, financial services, biotech, and public/social sectors.
Prior to management consulting, Ben ran operations as COO of a defense contractor, helping grow it tenfold and managing all back end functions.
He began his career in the Federal Government across the Intelligence Community and a White House transition as a manager, intelligence analyst, and product manager with content expertise in national security and economic policy with an active security clearance.
