Karine Samaha Young is a global business and product leader with over 20 years of international experience driving digital transformation, growth, and innovation across technology-enabled consumer and B2B2C sectors. She has led global teams and transformation programs in complex, regulated environments and successfully designed and deployed product strategies across more than 20 countries.
A former McKinsey & Company consultant, Karine holds an Engineering degree from Mines ParisTech and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Bilingual in French and English, she is passionate about innovation, leadership, and the power of technology to create positive outcomes for society.
She would be happy to collaborate on solving product development, digital/AI transformation and global operating model challenges in B2B Services and B2B2C sectors.
Karine is a French national based in Paris and available to work remotely or travel as required by the project. She is married with two teenage boys.
