Elias Schulze is an emerging markets entrepreneur and media strategist. Elias previously co-founded and managed Kana TV, Ethiopia’s leading television network, which was later acquired by Canal+. He formerly served as an MD for Kaymu, a Jumia Group company, operating across 17 African markets. He is also Managing Partner of The Africa Group, an early-stage VC and boutique advisory shop focused on specialized opportunities in Africa.
A former Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company, Elias brings extensive strategic business experience to the frontier markets space. Currently residing in London, Elias is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
