Kyra Blessing is a facilitator, coach, and learning architect who blends behavioral science and experiential learning to help leaders and teams elevate their performance. Kyra brings over 25 years of experience, including 14 years with McKinsey & Company, designing and delivering programs to help equip leaders with new capabilities, mindsets, and behaviours. Her work today is primarily in corporate and virtual settings, with immersive nature based programs as a powerful extension of her work.
With a foundation in economics (MSc Applied Economics; BS Economics & Marketing) and ongoing graduate studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School, Kyra brings a rigorous, research informed approach to leadership and team development. Her work is grounded in adult learning principles, behavioral science, and systems thinking—ensuring that learning experiences are not only inspiring but also practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational performance goals.
Kyra is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 and integrates BRITE Team Effectiveness and ORSC tools and methodologies into her practice, alongside certifications in Myers Briggs and TrailHaven Wilderness Facilitation. Kyra is happy to collaborate on the design or delivery of programs for executives, emerging leaders, or intact teams, helping them build the capabilities required for today’s complex, rapidly changing environments.
