Until May 2024, I was a Managing Director at Tennis-Point, the leading Tennis specialty retailer headquartered in Germany. During my tenure, my main focus was to strengthen stability and scalability in Tennis-Point’s core functions to continue to delight our customers and retain our leadership position in the Tennis segment. Also, during my tenure, I successfully led the business through the insolvency proceedings caused by the collapse of SIGNA Sports United.

Before joining Tennis-Point, I was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), one of the world’s leading consultancies. There, I built deep industry expertise in the retail and consumer goods sector in Europe and Africa and expertise in retail operations management and cross-industry sales & pricing optimization.

I have a 20+ year track record of delivering tangible results in cross-functional teams with members from diverse cultural, disciplinary, and industry backgrounds in strategy consulting, retail, and high-tech; being a creative and communicative personality, I have a passion for people and technology.
