Robert Gledhill spent 5 years as a consultant at McKinsey, where he focused on automation and cost-saving transformations, as well as operating model re-designs. After McKinsey, Robert became CEO of a struggling $80m/year charity and delivered a successful turnaround. As a solo practitioner, Robert specializes in both identifying value creation opportunities and delivering cost-saving transformations. Robert is based in Santiago, Chile, with his wife and daughters, but is happy to travel to clients.
