Thomas started his career in consulting at Arthur Andersen and BCG, then joined TF1 (the leading free-to-air broadcaster in France), where he ran Innovation and Corporate Strategy departments. Thomas joined Google in 2012, where he ran Google AdExchange for the EMEA region. In 2018, he returned to TF1 as Group Chief Technology and Information Officer, and was appointed to executive committee. In 2024, Thomas co-founded Darwill, a boutique strategy consulting firm based out of Paris and specializing in media, telecom, entertainment, tech and digital marketing.
