Tyler Thornton is the Principal and Founder of Tyler Thornton Consulting, LLC. Tyler most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for a 3,400-student charter school network in Cleveland, OH and has 15 years of experience working in K-12 strategy and operations. Having begun her career at Bain and the Bridgespan Group, Tyler combines her background in strategic consulting and project management with her non-profit senior leadership experience to provide non-profit and social services organizations with hands-on, collaborative support tackling key strategic or operational questions and implementing high-priority organizational initiatives.
She is also available to provide gap coverage for senior operational leadership or Chief of Staff leaves or transitional vacancies. Tyler lives in Cleveland, OH with her daughter.
