Eduardo has 30+ years of experience as a CEO/COO, member of Boards of Directors and Consultant for senior management of companies. He was CEO of Globalstar de Mexico, winning Enciclomedia, one of the largest educational projects worldwide, monitoring nearly 300,000 assets in Mexico; he sold a data transmission company to Telefonica de España with which they entered the Mexican market, and he was President of the Globalstar Operators Association worldwide. As Vice President of Planning of Grupo Casa Autrey, he made acquisitions in the drug and office supplies industries, presenting before the competition authorities in Mexico.
In Consulting, he was at McKinsey & Company, where he carried out projects worldwide in the hotel, aviation, energy, banking and consumer products industries, highlighting the definition of the Independent Power Producers in Mexico. As a Partner of Kearney, he carried out projects of various kinds, highlighting an inorganic growth project for a leading telecommunications operator in Latin America and another project for a leading global technology company for the creation of smart manufacturing clusters in Mexico. At Deloitte, he was the Lead Partner for the Strategy and Operations Consulting practice.
In his independent practice Eduardo has provided oral testimony in two international arbitration cases, has provided Strategy consulting services and also raises Capital for large projects.
Eduardo was born in Mexico and speaks Spanish and English with certificates from Oxford and Cambridge.
