Most recently, Paul was an Associate Partner at McKinsey for 8 years focused primarily on healthcare; leading CX, design thinking, and human-centered design methodology in McKinsey’s traditional healthcare practice and across CX & digital transformations, new business ventures, and product development and launch with healthcare clients, including regional & national payors, hospital systems, and multinational pharmaceutical companies.
