Marc Rahlves was a Manager at Bain & Co for almost a decade working in consumer goods, financial services, automotive, telecom, and private equity across the globe. As a Principal for The Bridgespan Group he advised foundations and nonprofit organizations. For the last two years, Marc has run his own consulting firm working with technology start-ups and growth companies on strategy and organizational effectiveness.
He is also an angel investor and venture partner. Outside of consulting, Marc has held senior leadership positions at innovate social enterprises operating projects in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has particular expertise in strategic planning, organization building, operational improvements, and due diligence.
Marc and his wife live in Huntington Beach, CA where he enjoys the outdoors and coaches boxing.
