Jindrich Gallo spent three years as a consultant and member of the Private Equity & Principal Investors (PEPI) practice at McKinsey and has been running his own practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, investment management and strategic financial advisory since 2019.
Prior to McKinsey, he was a founder and leader of the Prague Finance Institute, a leading Prague-based think tank focused on Corporate Finance and Valuation. Jindrich has particular expertise in strategic decision making, commercial due diligence, valuation, negotiation, investment management and portfolio development.
He lives in Prague and is happy to collaborate on projects around the world both in-person as well as remotely.
