People Strategist, whose 23+ year professional career subdivides into 7 years at McKinsey (strategy consultant with Organization focus, later one of the Firm’s three global Senior Learning Managers), 7 years with Egon Zehnder International (Executive Search Consultant as well as Leadership Strategy Services (i.e. L&D) expert), and 10 years of independent consulting serving clients (e.g. Keystone Strategy, McKinsey, Microsoft, CISCO, Reckitt, MSCI, Wood & Company, Loxon Solutions, Graphisoft, OTP Bank, Allianz, etc.) in various project or interim arrangements in their unique training and development needs, including executive search and selection, training and development programs, train-the-trainer initiatives, functional skills training, mindset enhancement, assessments, onboarding support, team building and other off-site facilitation, coaching, etc…. via bespoke, highly strategic, comprehensive (end-to-end journeys, blended programs, full training ecosystem, etc.) and often pioneering approaches.
At McKinsey, was leading the team developing the new Associate-to-Engagement Manager Journey, including two iconic global training programs. The 2-year project pioneered novel approaches to RoI and other impact measurement.
At Egon Zehnder, was the only non-partner faculty member of the BPS (Basic Principal Skills) training program, mandatory for all incoming Principals of the firm globally.
