Some of the most notable successful client engagements include: – Risk management control framework development for a Swedish FinTech start-up; – Identification of a new payment processor for the multinational digital marketing agency; – Support provided to the US blockchain infrastructure company for obtaining a VASP license in Lithuania; – Alternative Payment Method (APM) market research and selection for the international platform client; – International Money Transfer (IMT)/Remittance competitor benchmarking analysis for the Australian IMT provider; – AML & CFT compliance and non-financial risk management program development for the crypto exchange in stealth mode, registered in Panama.

Before kicking-off my own business journey, I have worked as a payments & FinTech senior knowledge analyst at BCG with highprofile client exposure and deep expertise in transaction banking, payments and FinTech, focusing primarily on the Central Europe area, where I have worked on number of different projects in this industry vertical. Prior to BCG, I worked as a FinTech Product Manager at Deutsche Bank, acting as Global Business Product Specialist for FinTech and Platform clients within Corporate Cash Management. Additionally, I was part of the Strategy and Internationalization team of solarisBank at its inception.

As part of my prior experience and education, I hold a M.Sc. Degree a in business economics, with multitude of external certifications from world´s leading business schools (such as Insead, Oxford Said Business School and Corporate Finance Inst.), and have briefly also conducted an internship at Erste bank Croatia, in the Commercial center for legal entities as part of my studies, and a traineeship at the European Commission at the DG Budget.
