After a successful career at top-tier global consultancies and executive positions at major banks, Mary founded M. Schaub Advisory, LLC, which delivers insight, inspiration, and impact where it matters – with and for, executive leadership. She consults on all areas of executive enablement for new business ventures, transformation/turnarounds, and acquisitions. Mary’s focus is on helping organizations and their workforces to be more efficient and effective.
Mary is passionate about human behavior and its impact on high performing environments. She holds a degree in Psychology from New York University and integrates human behavior in her approach to transformation. She has extensive experience in organizational change management, including standing up enterprise functions for two large banks.
In addition to her advisory work, Mary is co-producer and co-host of the popular podcast “Business Psychos” and is a freelance writer.
