Arsen Parashchak is an independent consultant with more than 12 years of experience in procurement, finance, and transformation. He began his consulting career at McKinsey & Company and later helped build Protiviti’s procurement advisory practice before joining Beam Suntory, where he ran global sourcing initiatives across packaging and logistics. Prior to going independent, he led tenders and supplier negotiations that delivered multimillion-dollar savings and secured long-term supply assurance. Since then, Arsen has advised Fortune 100 companies and PE-backed portfolio firms on procurement and transformation projects across packaging, logistics, IT, professional services, and indirect spend.
Arsen specializes in helping companies design and run RFIs/RFPs, negotiate supplier agreements, and implement shared services and P2P processes that create sustainable value. He lives in the Chicago area with his family and is passionate about playing classical pieces on the piano and taking snowboarding trips with his family.
