Jimmy Pearson is an expert in training and talent development, with 10+ years of experience developing and facilitating leadership, professional development, and operational excellence training in public and private sector organizations.
He’s driven by an enduring interest in the science and practice of learning and a passion for service. He focuses on capability-building and talent strategy for mission-driven organizations, to help them be more effective in the important work they do and to thrive while doing it.
Prior to his current focus, Jimmy designed, developed, and delivered training programs for private and public sector clients at McKinsey & Company and Accenture, and as a leader at Google and in the United States Navy.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rice University, a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
