During seven years at Capital One, I led strategic issues in payment product development and channel management, and I oversaw Capital One’s partnerships with Visa, MC, and American Express during a period of rapid innovation (e.g., Apple Pay, the original Google Wallet, P2P, EMV chip cards, and more). I led a revamp of customer success and product development efforts as SVP Planning for Merchant Link, LLC, a merchant-focused payments gateway, and a joint venture of Chase and First Data, before the company’s sale to Shift4 Payments.
I started my career with the Boston Consulting Group, and I earned my MBA from Harvard Business School and my B.A. from Harvard College.
