Bryan Rutberg is a corporate veteran with 20 years of experience in fostering strong customer relationships. His career spans HP, McKinsey & Company, and Microsoft, where he held key roles in sales, marketing, and executive communications. The capstone of his career in big business was building leader-to-leader relationships at Microsoft’s Executive Briefing Center, then serving as speechwriter for the Corporate VP who ran global customer support.
Since 2011, Bryan has dedicated himself to bringing more love into the business world as the “Hippie with an MBA®.”
As a speaker and consultant, Bryan helps organizations transform customers into “Lustomers®,” leading to higher retention, referrals, revenue, and love. His core keynote is called, “Do Your Customers Love You Enough?” and his expertise is welcomed at events like sales kickoffs, team offsites, and leadership retreats.
Alongside his professional endeavors, he lives the “hippie” part of his brand, embracing his love for sustainability, community service, and spending time with his family in urban Seattle. (Ask him about his worm bin!) His passion for sharing love is often embodied in delicious meals, from cooking with love in his home kitchen to weekly volunteering at a local church’s Wednesday Night Dinner program.
