Jacob Lehman began his career in McKinsey’s strategy group in 2009 and has worked in a variety of internal and external consulting roles focused primarily on customer acquisition and new market entry strategies including Voice of the Customer research across industries ranging from financial services, to education technology, to industrial products.
He specializes in identifying creative, win-win solutions that combine rigorous analysis with a respect for the client’s culture and non-financial goals, and brings an executive search consultant’s lens to considering organizations’ leadership and talent needs. He spends his spare time choreographing safe and thrilling fights for theater and film projects, and is an inveterate crossword puzzle addict and three-time Finger Lakes Crossword Competition champion.
As a non-practicing attorney, Jacob is happy to collaborate on projects that require sensitivity to legal or regulatory issues and advise on effective engagement with internal or outside counsel. He holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan law school.
