Adam has worked in strategy consulting for 7 years, the past 2 years at McKinsey & Company as an integrative Associate consultant. He specializes in growth strategy, innovation, and project management, and his industries of focus are agriculture & food, CPG, real estate, technology, public sector, and NGOs.
Adam serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Renewable Energy Coop, and Tapestry Community Capital. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of the Weave Community Capital Fund, a $30M fund providing debt financing for NGOs’ capital projects. Prior to pivoting to consulting, Adam worked in real estate development, property management, commodity trading, and NGOs in Bolivia, Canada, China, Israel, South Africa, and Thailand.
Adam left McKinsey & Company in June 2024 to move to Halifax, Canada for his wife’s medical residency, and then worked at McCain Foods as a Corporate Development & Strategy Manager.
