Kirstin Lynde started her career at Bain and Company. After finishing an MBA at Wharton, she moved into digital/ direct marketing at American Express, then served as a VP in marketing at both General Electric and Digitas. She built a large internal Learning & Development team at Digitas – then after the firm was acquired by Publicis, moved full time into leadership coaching and training at diverse firms like Ropes & Gray, Forrester Research, Randstad, Medicus, Precisely Inc, and Grayscale. Kirstin has guest lectured and served as a curriculum consultant at Harvard Business School, where she co-authored a Harvard Note with Professor Ethan Bernstein (“Developing Yourself as a Leader”).
Kirstin now specializes in executive coaching for successful executives who seek to shift behaviors which can make their teams, their organization, and themselves even MORE successful. She uses Marshall Goldsmith’s “Stakeholder-Centered Coaching” approach, which has been named the most powerful coaching process in the world in 2023 by Global Guru.
Kirstin can be found in Naples Florida (winters) and near Boston in Quechee, Vermont (summers). She’s passionate about helping her clients quantify the results of leadership coaching and training investments – and about helping firms avoid wasting precious resources on ineffective coaching/ group programs.
