Sarah has twenty-five years experience working with senior leaders, their teams, and their organizations at times of transition and opportunity. She works at the intersection of strategy, people, and culture to help clients clarify direction, decode their organizations, and build systems and cultures that enable their people to do their best work. Her approach takes the guesswork out of driving performance by combining quantitative diagnostics and analytical problem solving with a deep understanding of the forces and dynamics that impact how organizations function. Past clients include ASX, Cisco, Coca Cola, Commonwealth Bank, Conde Nast, eftpos, Gilt.com, IHG, John Hopkins Hospital, Macquarie Bank, Newfront Insurance, Nokia, Pfizer, Red Hat, Salesforce, SAP, Uber, UBS, and United Airlines.

Sarah founded The Lime Group in 2009, seizing on an opportunity presented by the GFC. Prior to Lime, she led the New York office of The Trium Group, a blue-chip, boutique performance consultancy. Prior to that Sarah was a member of the Organization Practice at McKinsey and Company. During that time, she was a global thought leader in developing McKinsey’s approach to driving large-scale transformation.

Sarah works across Australia, Southeast Asia, the US and Europe; having lived in all those geographies during the course of her career. Sarah has presented at multiple conferences and industry events in Australia and the U.S. and is known for her engaging and information-rich delivery.
