Nick has 14 years of experience as a private equity investor, operating executive, and management consultant. He has spent his career investing and advising in the consumer & retail, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Nick is a principal and co-founder at Pinnacle Advisors a boutique advisory firm which provides interim executive management, M&A consulting, and invests its own capital on a standalone basis or into client’s businesses.
Prior to Pinnacle, Nick was a principal at NRD Capital where he led investments into multi-unit franchised and non-franchised retailers. While at SK, Nick was a leader in their consumer and energy transition investing division where he deployed $125M in equity across five investments. Nick was responsible for all aspects of the deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, closing, portfolio management, and disposition of assets.
Before investing, Nick was a strategy consultant at Strategy& (Booz & Co.) and Deloitte Consulting where he led and delivered engagements on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, strategic transformations, and M&A integration/divestiture planning.
He has served on the board of directors for: Alice + Olivia, Rails, Mackage, Alpha Industries, and Observer Collection.
