Tao Yang has been an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company since 2022. Prior to McKinsey, he spent 14 years at Deloitte Consulting, where he specialized in human capital advisory services, ultimately leaving the position of Senior Director. His areas of expertise include strategy articulation, organization design, performance management, reward and long-term incentive, and talent management.
Tao has extensive experience providing integrated solutions with business acumen, innovation, and design thinking to a range of clients in the manufacturing, automotive, finance, life sciences, and conglomerate SOE sectors.
Tao is living in Guangzhou, China, and would be happy to collaborate on projects related to organization and all HR domains in China.
