Manfred Gamauf spent 5 years as consultant in the procurement, supply chain & and operations practice at McKinsey and has been running his own consulting firm on procurement strategy, supply chain management and operations since 2013. Prior to McKinsey, Manfred spent 5 years as global procurement manager in the system integration and procurement organization with IBM in Europe and the US. After McKinsey, Manfred led global operations excellence organizations and served as Chief Procurement Officer for White & Case LLP in New York, Mondi Group, and KPN (Royal Dutch Telecom) in Europe. Manfred has particular experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, turnaround, cost reduction, reorganization and digital transformations projects, serves as interim CPO and private equity advisor, and has led procurement organization up to 350 people.
Manfred lives in Vienna, Austria and loves to collaborate on strategic sourcing, supply chain and operations projects and on any form off negotiations.
