Martin has spent 16 years at BCG, of which the last 6 years as a Managing Director and Partner. He has been a core member of the Marketing Sales and Practice , with a specific focus on Pricing. He worked with clients across industries, with an emphasis on Banking, Insurance, CPG and various B2B industries. He also was a MDP in BCG, leveraging AI and software for pricing and revenue management solutions.
Martin quit BCG in 2024 to take an extended sabbatical, thereby creating space for reflection, personal growth and exploration. He has selectively engaged in limited advisory work in this time, in parallel with a role as chairman of the supervisory board for a european scale up in battery repair technology, and a part-time role as a physics teacher
