She has 25 years of experience in retail and technology companies ranging from large global businesses (Walmart and Gap) as well as digitally native businesses (Wayfair and Groupon) and gained her strategy experience at Bain & Company.
As a VP of Merchandising at Walmart she led multi-billion dollar P&Ls and has extensive experience launching new brands and categories. In addition she led the digital transformations for Walmart Mexico, Argos in the UK and Groupon in Europe. She is able to quickly identify business opportunities and easily navigates between different functions and cultures. She is an excellent people leader and has coached teams and individuals successfully to accelerate business performance.
She is fluent/proficient in English, Spanish and Dutch.
