Marius Möhler loves combining his practical experience in facilitating organizational development projects with his evidence-based knowledge from his academic background to promote lasting change for clients in the private and social sector.
His expertise lies in co-creatively designing large-scale transformations – and facilitating their sustainable implementation with a focus on leadership development, culture change and top team coaching. In previous roles, he worked as engagement manager at LEAD Mindsets & Capabilities (a consultancy specialized on cultural change and leadership) and as consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds degrees in Economics, Psychology as well as Public Administration. As a former McCloy Fellow at Harvard’s interdisciplinary Kennedy School, he further broadened and deepened his set of tools and approaches – including behavioral insights, human-centered design, and Adaptive Leadership.
