Prior to founding Clarity Beacon, Frank worked as a Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he led initiatives that delivered billions in cost savings for major global firms. His expertise spans sectors including technology, consumer goods, telecommunications, industrial goods, and public sector. Notably, he has driven $3B in transportation cost savings for a major package & freight delivery company and he unlocked $2B in shared services efficiencies for a global technology company

Frank also brings extensive engineering experience, having worked as a Structural Engineering Specialist at STV Group, where he designed and managed $350M+ in multi-span bridge projects. He has also contributed to projects worth over $75M during his time at NorthStar Owners Representation, enhancing infrastructure performance through feasibility studies and cost estimation. Earlier in his career, Frank supported high-value engineering projects at Elton & Thompson Engineers, Naik Consulting Group, and WZG Structural Consulting Engineers, where his technical expertise ensured the success of multi-million-dollar infrastructure initiatives
