Rodrigo Leyva Castro is an accomplished management and strategy consultant with extensive experience at EY-Parthenon and Bain & Company. At EY-Parthenon, he led growth strategy, market entry, and due diligence projects across various industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services in LATAM. During his time at Bain & Company, Rodrigo provided strategic consulting services across energy, consumer goods, industrial goods, and financial services sectors in multiple countries.
Previously, he served as Head of Revenue Performance at Interjet Airlines, where he led an internal consulting team and negotiated significant operational cost improvements.
Rodrigo holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is passionate about the aviation industry, cooking, and has completed six IRONMAN 70.3 races.
He is available to collaborate on strategy and growth projects in Mexico and Latin America. Rodrigo is happy to collaborate in projects that include Growth Strategy, Commercial Due Dilligence and Market Entry.
